What are the requirements for requesting a refund?
We’re happy to help if you encounter an issue with your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following criteria are met:
- The purchase was made within the last 7 days.
The product is completely non-functional. - The product is not a “Membership Plan” (please see our FAQ about Memberships for more details).
- You have contacted our team through the Support Desk. Our team needs to review and test the problematic product directly.
- You are able to provide the information we request during the review process. This may include valid screenshots or short videos. Please rest assured that we will never ask for sensitive personal information. In some cases, we may request your permission to access the admin area of your website for direct inspection. This will only be done with your explicit consent.
- You have not given the product a 1-star rating.
- You have not left negative comments, comments containing sensitive issues (SARA), hate speech, or offensive language.
Please note that refunds are not available for “Membership Plans.” Refunds are only applicable to individually purchased, downloadable products.

Where will my refund be credited?
