Refunds: Before we process any refund, you must allow us the opportunity to try and assist you. Please contact us via Live Chat, Support Tickets, or at support@davinadinata.com and allow 24-72 hours for our support team to contact you and assist with your issue. We will strive to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
The nature of digital products (software) that can be downloaded instantly makes them non-returnable. There is no “trial period” or “grace period” after purchasing any product, meaning all sales are final. Once you purchase software or a service, there is no way to “return” it. Therefore, refunds cannot typically be granted.
We may process a refund if you have not downloaded the product, or if the product you downloaded from our website is completely unusable, corrupted, or non-functional.
Refunds will not be issued if you simply decide not to use the purchased product. We support our products and will help you solve any problems you encounter, but we also expect you to have a reasonable understanding of what you are purchasing and its intended purpose.
Additionally, no refunds are provided for:
- “Membership” services, as they are a complete set of products offered at a heavily discounted price, which you can cancel at any time. We do not recommend purchasing a Membership for testing purposes.

No refunds/returns will be offered for digital products except if the product you purchased is:
- Completely non-functional.
- Materially misrepresented in its core description or fails to perform its promised function.
- Not downloaded by you.
The refund process to a bank account takes 3-5 business days.
We consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:
- You have changed your mind about an item/subscription.
- You purchased an item by mistake and the product has been delivered/downloaded by you.
- The product was purchased by your employee, team, or associate using your PayPal account with legitimate access.
- You cannot install the downloaded product (we will help you do so).
- The product is incompatible with your WordPress setup, other plugins, or web server configuration.
- The product does not function as you desired or expected.
- You damaged your website while installing the product.
- You refuse to provide us website access to investigate the problematic product.

You may cancel your Membership at any time; however, no refunds are issued for cancellations.
